Essentials that show up before you need them.
Running low on diapers at 11 p.m. is stressful. Formula shortages, like the one in 2022, are worse. Reliability is one of the principles we're designing Stork around.
1. Timed to your child
We'd like each delivery to arrive comfortably before you'd run low, based on your child's age and the changes you make along the way.
2. Extra care with formula
We're exploring ways to help formula-fed families feel secure, such as setting aside their chosen formula. We'd never switch a family's formula without asking.
3. Making it right
If something goes wrong, we want a real person to help quickly and kindly. What that looks like in practice is still being worked out.
Ideas we're exploring
- Gentle heads-ups before diaper and clothing size changes
- Easy skip, change and "send it sooner" options
- Options for specialty formula families
- Clear, human communication if a delivery is ever delayed
Why we're careful here
Parents rely on essentials. We'd rather promise less and deliver more than make a guarantee we can't back up. When these capabilities are real, this page will say exactly what's covered.
